What You’ll Do:
As the Community Director, you’ll lead both the clinical and operational success of the home:

Guide, coach, and support care staff (CMAs, CHHAs, and activities team)
Hire, train, and develop a strong, reliable team
Manage staffing schedules to ensure consistent coverage
Complete resident assessments (admissions, quarterly, and as needed)
Oversee medication administration and clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with NJ DOH regulations and company standards
Conduct audits, quality checks, and maintain accurate records
Serve as the main point of contact for families and healthcare providers
Lead engaging community events and support daily programming
Partner with marketing to maintain occupancy and lead tours
Create a welcoming, well-run home environment for residents and staff

What You Bring:

Active LPN license (New Jersey required)
1+ year of experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, or home care
Prior leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of dementia and Alzheimer’s care
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new systems
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
