Fox Trail Memory Care is seeking a dependable and compassionate Travel Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support our communities throughout Bergen County. In this role, you will travel between locations to provide high-quality care and ensure the safe administration of medications for residents in a memory care setting.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work environment while making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
Schedule: Full-time, 3 pm to 11 pm, weekend and holiday rotation
What You'll Do:
- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders, company policies, and New Jersey state regulations
- Accurately document medication administration and resident observations
- Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions and report concerns promptly
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff, healthcare providers, residents, and families
- Provide compassionate care while supporting residents’ dignity and independence
- Travel between assigned Bergen County locations as needed
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a Certified Medical Aide Certificate
- Ability to travel within Bergen County
- No previous experience needed!
