Fox Trail Memory Care is seeking a dependable and compassionate Travel Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support our communities throughout Bergen County. In this role, you will travel between locations to provide high-quality care and ensure the safe administration of medications for residents in a memory care setting.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work environment while making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Schedule: Full-time, 3 pm to 11 pm, weekend and holiday rotation

What You'll Do:

Administer medications in accordance with physician orders, company policies, and New Jersey state regulations
Accurately document medication administration and resident observations
Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions and report concerns promptly
Communicate effectively with nursing staff, healthcare providers, residents, and families
Provide compassionate care while supporting residents’ dignity and independence
Travel between assigned Bergen County locations as needed

What You'll Need:

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have a Certified Medical Aide Certificate
Ability to travel within Bergen County
No previous experience needed!
Strong communication and teamwork skills
