What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Provide compassionate care for individuals with memory loss
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable environment
- Communicate with team members to support quality care
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
Required Qualifications
- Active CHHA certification (New Jersey required)
- 18+ years old
- Ability to communicate in English
- Team player with a compassionate approach
