What You'll Do

Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration
Monitor basic health status and report changes to the Community Director
Offer companionship, emotional support, and reassurance to residents
Lead or assist with engaging activities and social interactions
Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe, comfortable home
Safely assist with resident transfers and mobility as needed
Support a safe, nurturing environment that meets residents' physical and emotional needs

Required Qualifications

Current New Jersey CHHA license required
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Ability to lift and support up to 75 lbs for resident transfers and mobility assistance

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP)
Previous experience in memory care, assisted living, or senior care
