What You'll Do
- Administer medications accurately and safely
- Monitor residents closely and report changes promptly
- Stay in close communication with nurses, families, and the broader care team
- Support residents through daily routines within a memory care setting
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification
- Minimum age 18
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- English communication skills
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
