- 7 AM - 3 PM
- 3 PM - 11 PM
- Part-time and full-time opportunities available
- Weekend and holiday rotation
As a Travel Certificated Medication Aide, you will travel between our Bergen County homes to support residents by safely administering medications and providing compassionate care in a structured, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications in accordance with physician orders, company policy, and New Jersey state regulations
Accurately document medication administration and related observations
Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions and promptly report concerns
Communicate effectively with nursing staff, healthcare providers, residents, and families
Support residents with dignity and respect in a memory care setting
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Completion of an NJ Department of Health–approved Medication Aide training program and successful exam completion
- Current New Jersey certification as a Nurse Aide, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Assistant
- Ability to travel within Bergen County
Experience in memory care, assisted living, or senior care preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
